According to Anais Nin, writers do not live one life, they live two. First they live it, then they write it. The writing is the second tasting. On this blog, writing day by day, I am living those two lives.

Sunsets and Inspiration
‘When you surrender to what is fully now and so become fully present the past ceases to have any power.’ E.Tolle
Thanks G for the pictures and the inspiration. wx
And now And now And now wx And now And now And now wx
Thanks for the beautiful images Wendy, and the quote. I'm just reading Julia Blackburn's Thin Paths and found this quote in it 'It's as if time past, time present and time future is stretched out around us like a vast landscape and we are walking through it on a tracery of thin paths.'
Beautiful images Wendy! As you know I am a big E Tolle fan. Being in the NOW, when I manage it, is the most free and the most peaceful I've ever been. I love Kathy's quote from Julia Blackburn it echoes my own fascination with the landscape of the Somerset levels across which our oldest known paths were laid
