I bet you were a fantas...I loved this post, Wendy. I bet you were a fantastic teacher. I taught similar pupils in secondary school. They can be written off so easily and many of them are very clever. The class would learn so much on a Friday afternoon and they would have gained such confidence by preparing and giving a lecture to the class.
